Cris X Gallery Return Policy

At Cris X Gallery, each artwork is created with exceptional care and craftsmanship. Because all pieces are made to order and produced in limited quantities, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your artwork arrives damaged, we’re here to help. To qualify for a replacement or refund evaluation, the following steps are required:

  1. Do not open or remove the artwork from the original packaging.
    Any opened or altered packaging may void eligibility.

  2. Take clear photos of the package and damage before opening the box.
    Please photograph:

    • The outer box (all sides)

    • Any visible dents, tears, or punctures

    • Shipping label

    • The damaged area(s)

  3. Email all photos and your order number to Info@CrisX.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Once received, our team will review the images to determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.

Lost or Misdelivered Packages

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check with neighbors or your building management.

  • Verify the address submitted at checkout.

  • Contact the carrier directly for GPS confirmation.

If the carrier confirms loss or mishandling, we will help file a claim and arrange the next steps.

Color Variations & Artistic Characteristics

Please note that slight color shifts may occur due to screen differences. Brush patterns, pigments, and textures vary naturally in handcrafted metal art. These characteristics are not considered defects and are not eligible for returns.
